At Preww Media, the majority of our services are delivered digitally. Physical deliveries apply only in the case of printed materials.
1. Digital Services
- Web designs, marketing materials, branding kits, and digital creatives are shared via cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) or project dashboards.
- Timelines and delivery schedules are clearly mentioned in the proposal or invoice.
2. Print & Courier Services (if applicable)
- Printed items like brochures, flyers, and standees will be delivered to your shipping address via reliable courier partners.
- Delivery within India takes 5–10 business days depending on the location and quantity.
- Tracking IDs will be shared after dispatch.
3. Delays and Disputes
Preww Media is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, logistics issues, or courier mishandling but we will offer support in coordination.
