At Preww Media, we take every step to ensure you’re satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds are limited.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Post this window, work may have begun, and cancellation charges may apply.
- For long-term or retainer projects, 30-day prior notice is required.
2. Refund Policy
- 100% Refund if the service has not been initiated or delivered.
- Partial Refund may be offered if work is in progress, based on tasks completed.
- No Refund for completed digital work, creatives, or domains/hosting already purchased.
3. Special Conditions
- Refunds for ad campaigns will be governed by platform policies (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- No refunds on third-party licenses, plugins, or assets procured on your behalf.
